EXCLUSIVE: Daisy Midgeley and Jenny Connor recently teamed up to repurchase the Rovers Return for Coronation Street viewers.

It appears that drama involving Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) and stepmother Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) over their new business endeavor may be on the horizon for Coronation Street. Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk and other media outlets, soap opera star Charlotte Jordan hinted that there would be a power struggle.

The hierarchy of relationships has always been extremely evident. It’s Daisy, Queen Jenny’s sidekick. It’s going to be very difficult for Jenny to treat Daisy as an equal now, I imagine.

Daisy needs to act as though nothing has changed in public. Thus, when they are alone, she will immediately want Jenny to respect her and give her ideas serious consideration. and I have a feeling that things won’t go as planned.

Fans of the ITV soap opera watched Jenny learn on Wednesday night’s episode that Daisy had located the money that Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce), the killer, had taken from Carla Connor (Alison King). Jenny was initially incensed with Daisy for implying that they should pilfer money that wasn’t legally theirs.

Daisy, however, became interested in the entire situation when she pointed out that Carla’s business was expanding and Jenny deserved some compensation for what Stephen had done to her. Ultimately, she disclosed that they ought to proceed with the scheme and purchase the Rovers Return.

When Waterford Incorporated bought the notorious pub earlier this year, it was closed for major renovations.

The pub was boarded up and its staff fired when the new owners took over, and it hasn’t been open since.

However, official soap opera spoilers indicate that it will reopen for business right before New Year’s Eve.

Daisy and Jenny’s newfound joy, though, might not last for long because Charlotte Jordan implied that the strategies they employed to take over the pub might come back to haunt them.

“There are things that Jenny and Daisy have done that they are not proud of,” she went on.

Even though it was a lot of fun to play out, I doubt it will last for very long! Daisy, though, is enjoying it in the interim.

Daisy is devoting her entire being to the Rovers. That’s all she has left.

She has lost her future as well as her love, hero, and small family. Therefore, failing the Rovers is not an option.

“She is eager to possess something she can be proud of and identify as her own.”

Will Daisy’s newfound authority, though, get to her head and affect her friendship with Jenny
