Since accepting fitness during lockout, Jake Wood has left his fans and celebrity followers fascinated with his very toned physique. The 47-year-old EastEnders actor took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a shirtless photo of posing in his home while flexing his muscles. Jake revealed using exercise to ‘get him through’ the COVID-19 lockout to hold him optimistic.
Sharing the toned snap and a picture of himself running in an idyllic forest, he said: ‘Good everyone on Tuesday. I guess it’s fair to say meditation gets me through this ‘Be happy and I’m looking forward to seeing you all on the other side.’

The snap made a huge mark on Jake’s 88.7 K fans and celebrity pals as they flocked to the comments section to express their opinions. Dan Osborne, who is married to Jacqueline Jossa – who used to play Jake’s daughter Lauren Branning on-screen, put: ‘Looks incredibly good buddy!! Fully done! In an effort to keep people focused, Jake posted daily fitness and shirtless snaps of himself during the lockdown. He posted a photo of himself running in an idyllic country field earlier this week, he penned: ‘It’s a lovely day out there people. Stay optimistic, keep healthy.’
