Leah (Ada Nicodemou) has been missing for several weeks now without any clue as to where she’s gone. Justin’s (James Stewart) worry for his partner has been increasing with each day that passes, and the community has done their best to launch investigations of their own.
When Roo (Georgie Parker) and Maggie (Kestie Morassi) decided to see if the police had missed anything, they loaded up Leah’s website and discovered it was no longer shut down. In fact, it had been restarted and new posts had been added talking about how women need to know their place.
The police have warned Justin not to post anything on the site, but he struggles with this and has taken to staying up all night, obsessively checking the page to see if anything new has been posted. He begins struggling at work, leading to Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) taking on more instead.
With both Tori (Penny McNamee) and Justin grieving for their brother Mason’s (Orpheus Pledger) death, Leah also being missing is proving too much for him to bear. Tori tells him to step away from the site for a while, but he suddenly sees that a new post is live.
It teases that an exciting announcement is coming soon. Justin sits and refreshes the screen until a photo appears that leaves him stunned. His girlfriend is smiling into the camera with a ring on her finger and a mystery man’s hand on her shoulder. She’s alive – and engaged!
