If you’ve been captivated by Coronation Street’s courtroom drama over the last week, you’re probably eager to see what happens next.
The trial of Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) and Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson), who are both facing charges for their roles in Seb Franklin’s (Harry Visinoni) death, is aired on ITV.
Seb was brutally killed in May by Corey and his friends Eli and Jay, who targeted Seb and his girlfriend Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) in a hate crime assault.
Nina and Seb were both knocked to the ground.
Nina made a break for it and was thrashed by Jay and Eli, while Corey stayed behind and kicked Seb repeatedly.
Kelly, who was also there on the night of the assault, pleaded with Corey to stop and even tried to pull him away from Seb, but Corey was adamant on carrying out his threat.

Due to ITV’s broadcast of the England against Poland football match, no new episodes of Coronation Street will show tonight.
The serial drama will return to television screens on Friday, September 10 with a double-bill of episodes, the first of which will air at 7:30 p.m., as is customary.
Imran Habeeb (Charlie de Melo) will do everything he can to defend Kelly’s innocence in this instalment, while the jury deliberates on the decision.
Meanwhile, Abi Franklin (Sally Carman) is anxious to expose Corey as the serial murderer he is, and she is on a mission to uncover strong evidence that Stefan (Paul Opacic) paid a witness. Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) hopes she would simply let Imran handle it.
